Hard Facilities Management &
Planned Preventative Maintenance
in London & Kent

Expertise

Our focus areas

IRONHAWK - 30 of 60_edited.jpg

We shift spending and effort from reactive 'run-to-failure' maintenance toward predictable, fully budgeted PPM plans. Condition based maintenance ensures we focus on manufacturer recommendations, usage patterns and regulatory requirements. The core aim is to catch issues before they escalate into costly failures.

Rather than simply being a byproduct of good maintenance practice, we provide you with a compliant PPM programme, properly documented with an auditable trail.

Our PPM process

How we work

1

Initial Consultation & Proposal

We begin by understanding your site, assets, and current maintenance requirements through an initial discussion or enquiry. From this, we prepare a tailored proposal outlining the scope of works, indicative pricing, and how our PPM service would be structured to meet your needs.

2

Site Survey &
Quotation

A qualified surveyor or engineer visits site to carry out a detailed asset audit and assess compliance requirements, access, and any existing issues. This informs a formal, itemised quotation covering all planned maintenance tasks, statutory inspections, and associated costs.

3

Contract Agreement & Scheduling

Once the quotation is accepted, we finalise contract terms, service levels, and reporting arrangements, then build a detailed PPM schedule aligned to manufacturer and regulatory requirements. This becomes the master programme against which all future works are planned and tracked.

4

Mobilisation

Our team is briefed, resources and subcontractors are allocated, and any necessary access, permits, or documentation are arranged ahead of the first visit. From here, PPM delivery begins, with ongoing reporting and compliance records maintained throughout the contract.
